A typical engagement sends around 25 to 50 emails a day. The main variable is mailboxes: which ones you can give us access to and how many we can send from safely. More mailboxes means more reach and a custom price. The system and the 1,000 contacts are included whatever the volume.

We book your onboarding call within 7 days. Everything is timed from that call, not from payment.

Weeks 1 to 3
We build and calibrate the system with you. You sign off the ICP, signals, propositions and content rules, and we connect the mailboxes.

Outreach starts. Do not expect replies to pick up until we have been sending for at least two weeks.

Your first full month of outreach to measure, and the rules keep getting sharper with what the replies teach us.
Our working baseline
2 to 10 replies for every 100 emails sent. Roughly one qualified opportunity for every 5 to 20 replies. So 500 emails is 10 to 50 replies and somewhere between one and ten qualified opportunities. Markets vary, and this is how we set expectations, not a guarantee.
